New Uses for Coffee Filters
1. Cover bowls or dishes when cooking in the microwave. They make excellent covers.
2. Clean windows and mirrors. They are lint-free.
3. Protect China. Put coffee filter between each dish to separate.
4. If you break the cork when opening wine bottles, filter the wine through a coffee filter.
5. Place a coffee filter in cast iron skillet to absorb moisture and prevent rust.
6. Ball up a coffee filter to apply shoe polish.
7. Strain oil after frying through a sieve lined with a coffee filter.
8. Weigh chopped food in a coffee filter on a kitchen scale.
9. Use coffee filters to hold messy foods like tacos.
10. Place coffee filter in bottom of planter to keep soil from leaking out of the pot.
11. Poke a hole in a coffee filter and put the popsicle stick through it to stop the dripping.
12. Use strips of coffee filter to wax eyebrows or upper lip.
13. Use a few coffee filters to line a plate to soak up grease from fried bacon, French fries, chicken finger, etc.
14. Keep them in the bathroom to fix razor nicks.
